Purchase Terms
1. PAYMENT AND TERM DURATION:
The payment for the GHL Engine Intensive Program is $1,597 per month on a month-to-month basis, or $14,997 per year if paid annually. Clients may choose either the monthly or annual plan at the time of enrollment. Annual plan subscribers receive access to all program inclusions as well as the Annual-Only Bonus.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND: PAYMENT AND TERM DURATION:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. If cancellation occurs within the first 30 days from the sign-up date, a full refund will be issued. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided. To initiate a cancellation, customers must submit a written request via email to [email protected]. The cancellation date will be considered official once confirmation of receipt has been sent by Audate Media.
Please be aware that refunds will incur a 4.5% Transaction Fee, which is a fee completed by the merchant processor that is non-refundable to AudateMedia LLC and will be passed on to the client. The refund amount will be reduced by this fee.
DONE-FOR-YOU SNAPSHOT BUILDOUT BY ANDY’S TECH TEAM:
Scope of Service:
Quarterly Allocation: You may request one (1) snapshot buildout each quarter. Unused quarterly buildouts do not roll over.
Snapshot Options: Buildouts are limited to proven templates provided by Audate Media. These templates are designed to optimize critical business processes such as lead generation, sales automation, follow-up workflows, webinar setups, and client onboarding.
Standardized Process: All buildouts will strictly follow Audate Media’s specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all deliverables.
Quarterly Limit: You are limited to one (1) buildout per quarter under this inclusion. Additional buildouts or modifications outside of the quarterly allocation are not included and will require a separate agreement.
Task Submission: All tasks must be submitted through the designated form within the membership area. This ensures proper documentation and management of all requests, allowing our team to track and prioritize your needs efficiently.
Active Subscription Requirement: To have any ongoing tasks completed, you must maintain an active subscription. If your subscription is canceled or becomes past due, any ongoing tasks will be halted immediately. For example, if you start a task on May 30th but your subscription lapses on June 2nd, we will cease work on your task. This policy ensures that our resources are allocated to active, paying members.
Task Completion Timeline: The timeline for completing tasks ranges from 14 to 30 days. This timeframe must be adhered to and is dependent on the complexity and scope of the task. We strive to complete tasks as efficiently as possible within this period, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
Content Prefill Responsibility: We will prefill any copy and text with generic content. It is 100% your responsibility to edit and personalize this content to fit your specific needs and preferences. Our team provides a foundational template, but customization is your responsibility. This ensures that the final product aligns with your brand and business goals.
Project Submission Limit:
You may only submit one project at a time. We will only work on one active project until it is considered complete. Once that project is complete, you can submit another. For instance, if we are working on a webinar snapshot, you cannot pause this project to start another. You must complete the current project before initiating a new one. You are limited to one active task being worked on at any given time. This policy ensures that each project receives the attention it deserves and is completed to your satisfaction.
Scope of Work: The Done-For-You tech team is committed to providing comprehensive buildout services for Snapshots created by Audate Media. The following detailed terms outline the specific scope of work and emphasize the ongoing benefits of this service:
Standard Pro Snapshots Only: Clients will receive different Snapshots from Audate Media every month as part of their program inclusion. These snapshots are pre-designed templates aimed at optimizing various business processes such as lead generation, sales, follow up, webinar setups, customer onboarding, and so on. The tech team will only work on these standard Snapshots created and provided by Audate Media.
Expert Buildout Services: Clients have the option to request the buildout of Snapshots by AudateMedia’s tech team. This service allows clients to focus on other critical areas of their business while ensuring their snapshots are expertly created and implemented according to Audate Media’s specifications.
Exclusion of Custom Snapshots: The tech team will not engage in creating, modifying, or implementing any custom snapshots or any custom requests. Custom snapshots refer to any templates or workflows that have been uniquely designed or requested by the client outside the standard offerings by Audate Media. This limitation ensures that the team remains focused on delivering the tested and proven standard snapshots efficiently.
No Custom Projects or Requests:
The service does not include handling custom projects or specific requests that fall outside the scope of standard snapshot buildouts. Custom projects may include unique marketing campaigns, tailored automation workflows, or any other specialized services that require bespoke solutions. By excluding these, we ensure our team’s resources are dedicated to delivering high-quality, standardized solutions.
Agency-Level Account Work: The tech team will not perform any tasks at the agency level of your account. This includes but is not limited to, managing your client accounts, setting up new client profiles, or customizing your agency's overarching strategies and operations. The focus remains strictly on building out and implementing the individual snapshots within the client's designated workspace.
Adherence to Audate Media Specifications: All work performed by the tech team will strictly adhere to the specifications and guidelines set forth by Audate Media. This ensures consistency, quality, and reliability in the snapshots delivered. The snapshots are designed to meet high standards of performance and effectiveness, reflecting the expertise and strategic insights of Audate Media.
Quality and Efficiency: The primary objective of the Done-For-You tech team is to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in delivering Pro Snapshots. By limiting the scope to standardized snapshots and avoiding custom work, the team can focus on refining and optimizing these templates to best serve the client's needs. This approach guarantees that the delivered solutions are both effective and timely.
Client Responsibilities:
Providing Access: Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to their accounts, platforms, or tools required for the snapshot buildout by Audate Media's tech team. Access should be granted promptly to avoid delays in task initiation and completion.
Communication Protocol:
Updates and Reports: Clients will receive regular updates and progress reports on the status of their snapshot buildout tasks. These updates may be provided through weekly email summaries, progress tracking tools within the membership area, or direct communication from the tech team within Slack or other similar tools.
Support and Assistance:
Post-Completion Support: After a snapshot is completed and implemented, clients may receive post-completion support. This includes assistance with troubleshooting any issues related to the implemented snapshot or addressing questions that arise during its use. Support is designed to ensure the ongoing functionality and effectiveness of the snapshots within the client's business operations. Clients are welcome to update the snapshot as needed for their business needs after completion. However, additional customizations or features beyond the original scope of the snapshot buildout are not covered under post-completion support.
USE OF COACHING CALL RECORDINGS:
The coaching program includes group and one-on-one coaching sessions, with clients understanding that these recorded sessions serve training, quality assurance, and course content purposes, potentially addressing collective challenges for mutual benefit. These recordings may be uploaded to the public course, maintaining client confidentiality and removing sensitive information. By signing up, you consent to the utilization of recorded Zoom content on social media, course, encompassing likeness, voice, and image.
5. SCHEDULED COACHING CALLS:
Attendance is mandatory for town hall calls, with missed calls accessible via recordings and no makeup calls allowed; rescheduling a crisis call requires a 72-hour advance notice to [email protected], and late rescheduling depletes an allocated crisis call, leaving only one available; crisis calls take place on Zoom and run for up to 59 minutes. Please prepare questions and concerns for discussion.
6. USE OF SNAPSHOTS PROVIDED BY AUDATEMEDIA:
The Snapshot functions as a replica of a Sub-Account housed in AudateMedia’s GoHighLevel account, Progreda, transferable to another GoHighLevel account through a unique link, allowing the import of funnels, automation, pipeline stages, etc. into a new account. These snapshots are exclusively reserved for the client's use, permitting your application for marketing, promotion, or internal purposes solely within your SaaS agency for SaaS sales purposes. The client is prohibited from sharing or selling snapshot copies to their customers or third parties without explicit written permission from AudateMedia. This agreement acknowledges the potential financial harm to AudateMedia resulting from violations. In the event of client violation, the client assumes responsibility for resultant damages to AudateMedia. It is emphasized that snapshots are strictly for the client's internal use, and any distribution, duplication, or resale is prohibited.
7. PROGRAM INCLUSIONS AND DELIVERABLES:
By participating in the program, you gain access to valuable resources and support tailored to your needs. You acknowledge that all course materials provided by AudateMedia are its intellectual property, intended solely for your personal use during the program duration. It is agreed that you will not use or reproduce any course materials, including text, graphics, and videos, protected by law without prior written permission. The Company retains full control and ownership over the intellectual property rights of the course materials.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE:
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the coaching program, including proprietary methods, strategies, or materials provided by AudateMedia, confidential and not to disclose them to any third parties.
9. Indemnification
By joining the program, you agree to take responsibility for how you use the resources we provide. This means you’ll protect AudateMedia from any claims, losses, or liabilities that might come up from:
the content you provide,
how you use (or misuse) the program,
misrepresentation or negligence,
data breaches,
third-party services you connect to, or
statements you make to your own clients.
If an issue ever arises, AudateMedia will assist in handling the defense, but the responsibility ultimately rests with you.
10. Card Authorization
When you enroll, you give AudateMedia permission to charge the credit or debit card you used at checkout, according to the payment plan you selected.
11. Payment & Collections
If a payment is missed, AudateMedia may place your account with a collection agency. You’ll also be responsible for any collection fees, attorney fees, or court costs tied to collecting the overdue balance.
