CENTURION WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

This page contains two parts. Part A governs your purchase of and attendance at the Event and applies to everyone. Part B governs the optional 100 Customers Guarantee and applies only to those who qualify under its terms. In the event of any conflict between Part A and Part B, Part B controls solely as to the subject matter of the 100 Customers Guarantee, and Part A controls in all other respects.

PART A — Ticket Purchase & Event Attendance Terms

1. Agreement to These Terms; Electronic Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket to the Centurion Workshop ("Event"), hosted by GHL Engine ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), and/or by attending the Event, you ("you," "Attendee," or "Purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket and do not attend.

You acknowledge and agree that by entering payment information, completing checkout, or otherwise electronically indicating assent at the point of purchase, you are entering into a legally binding agreement, and that such electronic acceptance has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under the Nevada Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS Chapter 719) and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.). You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. The Company will retain an electronic record of your acceptance, including the version of these Terms in effect at the time, and the date and time of acceptance.

2. Tickets, Pricing & Payment

  • Ticket tiers and prices are as displayed at the point of purchase (VIP $997; Super VIP $1,997).

  • All tickets are paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or processing fees unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

  • Your purchase is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to cancel or decline any order and to correct pricing errors, refunding any amount paid for an order so cancelled.

  • The Company may offer promotional pricing from time to time. Promotional pricing does not modify eligibility for the 100 Customers Guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.

3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Because this is a live, capacity-limited, in-person event for which the Company commits to non-recoverable costs in advance, we do not provide refunds for cancellation, non-attendance, late arrival, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or any other reason. The sole and exclusive exception is the 100 Customers Guarantee in Part B, which applies only to Qualifying Purchasers who satisfy every condition of that offer. Nothing in Part A modifies, expands, or creates any refund right beyond what is expressly stated in Part B.

Chargebacks. By purchasing, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your card issuer or bank in contravention of these Terms. Because all sales are final except as provided in Part B, initiating a chargeback that is inconsistent with these Terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and the Company reserves the right to (a) contest the chargeback with documentation of your acceptance of these Terms, (b) revoke Event access, and (c) recover its reasonable costs of responding, to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not waive any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or your card network's rules.

4. Sponsorships

All sponsorship fees are final and non-refundable once purchased, regardless of attendance, participation level, or cancellation. Sponsorship deliverables are limited to those expressly agreed in writing at the time of purchase. Sponsorships are subject to a separate written sponsorship agreement where applicable, which shall control as to sponsorship-specific terms.

5. Ticket Transfers

  • Your own primary ticket (VIP or Super VIP) is non-transferable to another person.

  • You may request to transfer your registration to a future Centurion Workshop by emailing [email protected], subject to availability, seating capacity, and the Company's written confirmation. A registration transfer does not extend, restart, or alter any deadline under Part B except as expressly confirmed by the Company in writing.

  • The free VIP ("plus one") ticket included with a Super VIP purchase is transferable to another person; the transfer request must come from the Super VIP holder to whom the ticket is attached, via [email protected], and is subject to the Company's confirmation.

6. Venue & Location Disclosure

The Event is held in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Because this is a private event, the exact venue address is provided to confirmed ticket holders by email in advance of the Event. You are solely responsible for your own travel, transportation, and accommodations to and from the venue, and for any related costs.

7. Arrival, Check-In & Entry

  • Attendees must check in at registration upon arrival and present (a) a valid ticket confirmation and (b) a valid government-issued photo identification bearing a name matching the name on the ticket. The Company may deny entry where the name on the identification does not match the name on the ticket, except in the case of a properly confirmed plus-one transfer.

  • The Company reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any person who cannot provide valid proof of purchase, who presents a ticket registered to a different individual (except a properly confirmed plus-one transfer), or who otherwise fails to meet entry requirements, without refund.

  • Entry may be refused or delayed for latecomers where admission would disrupt sessions in progress; no refund applies.

8. In-Person Attendance Required; No Recordings Provided

The Event is in-person only. The Company does not provide recordings, livestreams, or replays, and Event content is available solely to those physically in attendance. You must attend in person to receive the content. The absence of recordings is a material term and is reflected in the pricing and in the conditions of Part B.

9. Photo, Video & Media Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge that the Event will be photographed, filmed, and/or audio-recorded, and that as an attendee your name, image, voice, likeness, and statements may be captured in that footage.

  • You grant the Company and its successors, assigns, and licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, perform, and distribute such photographs, video, and audio, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed — including for marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, and commercial purposes — without further notice to, compensation to, approval by, or credit to you.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release the Company from any claim arising out of such use, including claims for right of publicity, misappropriation of likeness, defamation, or invasion of privacy arising from uses consistent with this release.

  • This release covers footage in which you appear incidentally as an attendee. Separately, if you voluntarily provide a testimonial, participate in a recorded interview, or appear on stage in a featured capacity, you agree that such participation is likewise covered by this release, and the Company may request that you sign a supplemental release memorializing the same.

  • If you do not wish to appear in Event footage, you must notify the Company in writing at [email protected] at least three (3) business days before the Event, and take reasonable steps at the Event to remove yourself from being filmed. You understand that in a live event setting the Company cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in wide, crowd, or ambient shots, and you release the Company from liability for any such incidental capture.

10. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Company reserves the right to remove any Attendee, without refund, whose conduct, in the Company's reasonable judgment, is disruptive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, unsafe, or otherwise harmful to attendees, staff, speakers, or the venue. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: harassment or discrimination of any kind; threats, intimidation, or violence; disrupting or interfering with sessions; unauthorized solicitation, recruiting, or marketing to other attendees; unauthorized recording; and violation of venue rules or applicable law. Removal under this Section does not entitle the Attendee to any refund and does not affect the Attendee's continuing obligations under these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All Event content, presentations, workbooks, checklists, slides, frameworks, methodologies, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws, and are provided for your individual, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, screenshot for redistribution, republish, resell, distribute, share, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Event content without the Company's prior written consent. Unauthorized capture, use, or distribution is grounds for removal without refund, immediate revocation of any license granted, and may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages. No license to any Company intellectual property is granted except the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own individual use.

12. Assumption of Risk & Personal Property

You attend the Event at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal belongings while at the venue, and agree to comply with all health, safety, and venue policies in effect at the time of the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including risks arising from travel, the venue, and interactions with other attendees. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

13. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, session content, schedule, format, or venue as reasonably necessary, provided that any such change does not materially diminish the core educational content of the Event. If the Company cancels the Event outright (as distinct from your choosing not to attend, or the Company's rescheduling of the Event), the Company's sole obligation and your sole and exclusive remedy will be, at the Company's election, either (a) a transfer of your registration to a future Centurion Workshop, or (b) a refund of the ticket price you actually paid. The Company is not responsible for any other costs or losses you incur, including travel, lodging, or lost time or opportunity. If the Company reschedules the Event, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date, or you may request a transfer to another Centurion Workshop as provided in Section 5.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, including holding the Event, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, quarantine, government action, order, or restriction, venue unavailability, utility, communications, or transit failure, labor disputes, terrorism, war, or civil unrest. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the Company may reschedule the Event or, at its election, offer a transfer to a future Centurion Workshop, which shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your ticket purchase, these Terms, or your attendance at the Event shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Company for your ticket. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations in this Section are a fundamental basis of the bargain and apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, speakers, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your conduct at the Event, your use of Event content, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any level of income, revenue, sales, customers, or business success from attending the Event. Any examples of results or figures — including any reference to "100 customers" or "8–10 customers per month" — are illustrative and are not promises, guarantees, or representations of typical results, and should not be interpreted as such. Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the Company's control, including your market, effort, skill, execution, capital and time invested, economic conditions, and other variables unique to you. Your results may differ, and many participants in business education do not achieve the results discussed. Past or example results do not predict or guarantee your results. The 100 Customers Guarantee in Part B is a conditional refund offer only, and is not a representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will earn or achieve any particular business outcome.

18. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES.

(a) Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as provided in subsection (f), you and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Event, your ticket, the 100 Customers Guarantee, or the Company's marketing of the Event (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).

(b) Informal Resolution First. Before initiating arbitration, the party raising a Dispute shall first send a written notice describing the Dispute and the relief sought to the other party (to the Company at [email protected]). The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of notice. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may commence arbitration.

(c) Arbitration Administration and Rules. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, before a single neutral arbitrator. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall agree on a substitute administrator, or a court of competent jurisdiction shall appoint one. The seat and location of arbitration shall be Clark County, Nevada, provided that the arbitrator may allow telephonic or video appearances, and that for claims where in-person appearance would impose undue burden, the arbitrator shall consider a hearing location convenient to the consumer or a documents-only proceeding consistent with the AAA rules.

(d) Costs of Arbitration. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Company will pay or reimburse filing fees and arbitration costs to the extent required by those Rules or by applicable law, and will not seek its attorneys' fees from you except to the extent expressly permitted by law and awarded by the arbitrator for a claim found to be frivolous. Each party shall otherwise bear its own attorneys' fees and costs except where a statute or these Terms provide otherwise.

(e) Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) shall be severed and adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction as provided in Section 20, while all other claims proceed in arbitration.

(f) Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and remains in that forum; and (ii) either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

(g) Jury Trial Waiver. To the extent any Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and the Company each knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury.

(h) Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision (Section 18) by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days after your first acceptance of these Terms, stating your name and your intent to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts identified in Section 20, subject to the jury trial waiver in subsection (g) to the extent enforceable.

19. Contractual Limitations Period

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Event, your ticket, or the 100 Customers Guarantee must be commenced (by filing for arbitration or, where permitted, suit) within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action accrues, or it shall be permanently barred. For claims relating to the 100 Customers Guarantee, a claim accrues no earlier than the date the Company issues a written determination denying a properly and timely submitted refund claim under Part B. This provision does not apply to the extent a shorter or longer limitations period is required by non-waivable applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Forum

These Terms, and any Dispute, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 18, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any Dispute that proceeds in court shall be the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The class action waiver in Section 18(e) is subject to the specific severability rule stated therein.

22. Waiver; No Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Company. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or provision.

23. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder except as expressly permitted in Section 5. The Company may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

24. Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence

These Terms, together with Part B (where applicable) and any policies or sponsorship agreement expressly referenced at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Event, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) a signed written sponsorship agreement (as to sponsorship matters only); (2) Part B (as to the 100 Customers Guarantee only); (3) Part A.

25. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued attendance following any posted update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms as to matters arising after the update.

PART B — 100 Customers Guarantee Terms

1. What This Guarantee Is — and What It Is Not

  • What the Company promises: If you are a Qualifying Purchaser, you satisfy every condition in these Terms, and you nonetheless do not reach 100 Customers (as defined below) within the Implementation Period, the Company will refund the amount you actually paid for your standalone ticket, as provided in Section 10.

  • What the Company does NOT promise: The Company does not promise, guarantee, predict, or represent that you will acquire 100 Customers, any number of customers, or any income, revenue, or profit.

For the avoidance of doubt: the Company is not representing that you will reach 100 Customers. It is offering a refund of your ticket price if you complete all required conditions and still do not reach that number. Wherever "100 Customers"appears in these Terms, each such figure functions solely as an objective condition governing refund eligibility, and never as a promised, projected, or typical business result.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Part B:

  • "Customer" means a distinct paying client of your GoHighLevel-based agency business who has entered into a paid engagement with you and rendered payment, evidenced by a corresponding record of payment. Non-paying leads, prospects, trial users who never convert to paid, refunded customers, and duplicate accounts do not count as Customers. A single client counts once, regardless of the number of services purchased.

  • "100 Customers" means one hundred (100) Customers acquired during the Implementation Period, Who has purchased or started a trial under the ticket holder's GoHighLevel agency.

  • "Qualifying Purchaser" has the meaning given in Section 3.

  • "Implementation Period" has the meaning given in Section 5.

  • "Implementation Checklist" means the official written Centurion Implementation Checklist provided by the Company to attendees at the Event, as it may be updated by the Company and provided in writing.

3. Eligibility — Who Can Qualify

The Guarantee is available only to an individual who purchased a standalone, paid ticket to the Event at the ticket's then-listed price ("Qualifying Purchaser"). Eligibility turns not on whether you paid money generally, but on whether you paid the ticket's own listed price for the ticket by itself.

The Guarantee is expressly not available to any person whose ticket was obtained by any other means, including without limitation:

  • Tickets received as a bonus, add-on, inclusion, incentive, or component of another product, program, course, package, bundle, or offer — even if that other product or package was paid for;

  • Free, complimentary, comped, or gifted tickets of any kind;

  • Tickets obtained through a bundle, promotion, giveaway, contest, or scholarship in which the ticket was not separately itemized, separately priced, and separately paid for at the ticket's listed price;

  • Transferred tickets, including any transferred free VIP ("plus one") ticket;

  • Sponsored tickets, or tickets provided to a sponsor or a sponsor's guests;

  • Any ticket obtained using a discount, coupon, or promotional credit that reduced the price paid below the ticket's listed price (see Section 4);

  • Any ticket for which the holder did not personally pay the ticket's listed standalone price.

If the Event ticket was included with, bundled into, itemized within, or given as an incentive or bonus with any other purchase, it does not qualify, regardless of the total amount paid for that other purchase. Only the individual who personally purchased a standalone ticket at its listed price may qualify, and only that individual, for that ticket.

4. Effect of Discounts on Eligibility

Because eligibility is conditioned on payment of the ticket's listed standalone price, a ticket purchased for less than its listed price through any coupon, discount code, promotional credit, or price reduction is not a Qualifying ticket, unless the Company has expressly confirmed eligibility in writing at the time of purchase. This Section removes ambiguity regarding partial-price purchases and is a material condition of the Guarantee.

5. Condition One — Full Attendance

The Qualifying Purchaser must attend both full days of the Event in person and be present for all sessions in their entirety, without skipping any session, missing session content, or departing early. There is no virtual, recorded, remote, or make-up attendance option. Because the Event content is cumulative and interdependent, any partial attendance voids the Guarantee. Attendance shall be evidenced by the Company's check-in and sign-in records, which shall be presumed accurate absent clear documentary evidence to the contrary.

6. Condition Two — The 12-Month Implementation Period

Eligibility is measured over the twelve (12) consecutive calendar months immediately following the last day of the Event (the "Implementation Period"). Throughout the Implementation Period, the Qualifying Purchaser must actively, continuously, and in good faith implement the materials and methods taught at the Event.

7. Condition Three — Full Implementation

The Qualifying Purchaser must complete every item on the Implementation Checklist across all four core pillars: (a) marketing, (b) selling, (c) driving traffic, and (d) onboarding and supporting customers. The Implementation Checklist provided at the Event sets forth the specific, objectively verifiable actions required, and completion of each item must be demonstrable through the documentation described in Section 8.

A Qualifying Purchaser who does not implement the materials — for any reason, including personal preference, disagreement with the methods, or election not to perform the required actions — does not qualify for a refund. The Guarantee is conditioned on documented execution, not on attendance alone.

8. Condition Four — Documented Implementation and Activity

The Qualifying Purchaser must submit documentation objectively demonstrating that, during each of the twelve (12) months of the Implementation Period, the Purchaser performed the actions required by the Implementation Checklist and engaged in consistent, good-faith sales and marketing activity at a level consistent with the pace taught at the Event.

The figure of "8–10 customers per month" describes the level of implementation activity that must be documented to remain eligible for the refund, and is not a promised or typical result. It is an eligibility condition, not a forecast.

Required documentation includes, at minimum, for each month of the Implementation Period:

  • Records of sales calls and sales presentations of the offer (such as call logs, calendar or booking records, or recordings obtained in compliance with applicable law);

  • Screenshots and/or platform exports demonstrating active, deployed marketing campaigns;

  • Evidence that the traffic-generation methods taught at the Event were deployed and operating;

  • Evidence of onboarding and customer-support systems built and operating within GoHighLevel;

  • A monthly implementation log covering each of the twelve (12) months, with no gaps; and

  • Records sufficient to identify the number of Customers acquired during the Implementation Period.

Documentation must demonstrate sustained activity across the entire Implementation Period, and not a single or sporadic burst of activity. Documentation that is materially incomplete, sporadic, backdated, fabricated, altered, or reconstructed after the fact voids the Guarantee. To reduce subjectivity, the Company will evaluate documentation against the specific, itemized requirements of the Implementation Checklist; the Company's determination of whether the documentation satisfies those itemized requirements shall be made reasonably and in good faith

9. Condition Five — Timing and Submission of the Claim

A refund claim under this Guarantee may not be submitted until after the full twelve (12) month Implementation Period has elapsed; no claim submitted before that date will be considered. The Qualifying Purchaser then has a thirty (30) calendar day window, beginning on the day after the Implementation Period ends and closing at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the thirtieth (30th) day, within which to submit a complete claim. A claim submitted before the Implementation Period ends, or after the thirty (30) day window closes, is permanently ineligible, time being of the essence.

To submit a refund claim, the Qualifying Purchaser must email [email protected] within the window and include: (a) proof of full two-day attendance; (b) the completed Implementation Checklist; (c) all required documentation under Section 8 for all twelve (12) months; (d) the completed monthly implementation log; and (e) a signed written attestation, under penalty of perjury to the extent permitted by law, that (i) the Purchaser completed every required action, (ii) the documentation submitted is true, accurate, and not fabricated or backdated, and (iii) the Purchaser did not acquire 100 Customers during the Implementation Period. Incomplete submissions may be rejected, and the Company is under no obligation to provide an opportunity to cure a submission that is incomplete at the close of the window.

10. What the Refund Covers

If, and only if, every condition of this Part B is satisfied and the Qualifying Purchaser nonetheless did not acquire 100 Customers during the Implementation Period, the Company will refund the amount the Qualifying Purchaser actually paid for that Purchaser's own standalone ticket. The refund excludes, without limitation, travel, lodging, meals, taxes, processing fees, and all other costs, and does not apply to any free, gifted, bundled, discounted, sponsored, or transferred ticket. The refund under this Section is the Qualifying Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy in connection with the Guarantee, and upon payment the Company shall have no further obligation or liability of any kind related to the Guarantee. The Company will issue any approved refund within thirty (30) Business Days after it approves a complete and conforming claim.

11. Anti-Abuse & Good-Faith Conditions

This Guarantee exists to stand behind attendees who genuinely and fully execute the Event's methods, and not to enable any person to obtain Event content at no net cost. Accordingly, and in addition to the other conditions herein: (a) any false, altered, incomplete-in-material-respect, or fabricated documentation, or any false statement in the attestation, voids the Guarantee and forfeits any refund; (b) attendance without genuine, documented implementation does not qualify; (c) the Company may reasonably request additional verification or supporting records, and may deny a claim that, evaluated against the Implementation Checklist, does not demonstrate completion of the required actions and sustained activity; and (d) the Company's eligibility and documentation determinations shall be made reasonably and in good faith against the objective criteria stated in these Terms and the Implementation Checklist.

12. This Is Not an Earnings or Results Claim

Nothing in this Guarantee constitutes a guarantee, representation, or warranty of income, revenue, profit, customers, or business success. Every figure referenced in this Part B — including "100 Customers" and "8–10 customers per month" — functions only as an objective condition of the refund offer, and is not a promise, projection, or statement of typical results. Business outcomes depend on factors outside the Company's control, including your market, effort, skill, execution, capital, time invested, and economic conditions. This Guarantee is a conditional, limited refund offer, and nothing more.
